Wishing I could give 5 stars
I wish he would have treated my nana with the same 5 star care that he seems to give everyone else. My grandma is very old and during her visit he did not seem to offer comfort or support or solution to her condition. She may be old but he just treated her like her only option was to die. I wish he would have advocated more for her care. Since the appointment, we have taken her to the ER and they are working to do something for her at last. But no thanks to Dr. Keating.

Dr. Keating has been outstanding in every way. He implanted a pacemaker/defibrillator following my admission while undergoing cardiac arrest. Following this successful procedure, he performed needed cardiac ablations, approaching each ablation with utmost planning, taking a very well thought out, systematic approach to his procedures increasing in complexity only as needed to get to a medical resolution. His approach to my condition was exemplified by his personal dedication and perseverance. Many physicians would have passed me along to another provider as early ablations did not get at the root cause. He did not give up. I knew I was in the best medical hands. Success did come and I have been stable for the past 7 months. I will be forever grateful for his personal attention to my case and his partnership in getting to success. I would also say that he has surrounded himself with a very capable and caring staff. I never doubted their interest in my successful outcome.

Listens, cares; definitely the most compassionate and respectful of his patients out of all the cardiologists I've seen. More understanding of connective tissue disorders and their cardiovascular and neurological complications than most.

Vincent is very knowledgeable in his field, and was able to answer my questions. I also appreciate his calm thinking. The only complaint is that he seemed to want to focus on my weight more than my heart. I understand the two are related, but I am already seeing a specialist regarding my weight, and it seemed wasteful and somewhat disrespectful to spend so much time "scolding" me about something outside of his specialty. Other than that, he did a great job and listens well.
