He used to be great, when he first arrived at the Matrix that UW Health Corporation has become, power over before people. Unfortunately, as could be predicted, he has been progressively more negatively influenced by the corruption in policy and practice that is the case at Yahara Integrative Medicine, to the point of displaying massive disregard for people over policy. Very sadly, I can no longer recommend him.

Dr. Vinnie is a caring and kind doctor who just emanates light and kindness. The structure of the institution rushes their doctors, but this doctor continues to give considerate and thoughtful access. He is my first primary physician and I was surprised to discover that a primary does not do much direct care but is a reference point to other recommendations. He is the best!

I usually wait awhile when at my appointment with Dr. Minichiello but I plan for this because I know someone before me may need this extra time and he always gives it to me if I need it. He is one of the most caring and knowledgeable Dr.'s I have ever had. Rare find!

Vincent did not help me transition to a better plan for my mental health, even after discussing my desire to replace pharmaceuticals with integrative medicine. He required disruptive interventions for me to simply continue taking the psychiatric medications which have been necessary for many years.
