I was immediately impressed when I met my doctor. He started off asking first about my family and support then my illness. He was thorough in his explanation and allowed time and opportunity to ask questions along the way. This gave me so much comfort and peace of mind.

All of the physicians, [...], Dr. Picozzi, and [...] were compassionate and communicated honestly. The residents introduced themselves, explained their roles and performed appropriate histories and physical exams.

I am a 66 yr old female with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. When MD Anderson and Mayo said that all they could do was chemo, as did the VA, who told me to get my affairs in order, Dr Picozzi saved my life. When the aforementioned told me that radiation was impossible, Dr Picozzi told me that he had been using it for years with pancreatic patients. I now have normal 19-9 tumor markers, all labs normal, return of normal stools, digestion, appetite, energy, etc. I’m so glad that I found him. He has added extra time to my life when others thought that I would be dead by now. If you don’t go to see him, you are a fool.
