over charging wait time ridiculous
Dr Toma ENT Alexis rd, you will be charged for the time in waiting room till the moment you leave office. My son waited for one hour in waiting room then another ten in examining room. For 10 min with doctor, they charged 401.00 for him to look in ears and say go get a hearing test and not to friendly. We recommend ENT Dr Christopher Perry

Extremely Dismissive
Completely dismissive and didn’t address my concerns at all. Said things that were very contradicting and I left really confused. Definitely getting a second opinion after my visit with him.

dr. toma removed a keloid off my ear that i was very insecure about. he was SO nice and helpful and very quick about my appointments an surgery. 1000% would recommend him

Had multiple appointments with rude staff that had no idea why we were there. Office is poor quality. Expect to wait in the waiting room for over an hour. If treatment is scheduled. expect to get a call from someone named Tony at Dr. Toma's office who is incredibly rude, wanting payment prior to surgery and when you ask for more information they keep repeating that it is the office policy. After this last experience we are going elsewhere.

Saw a different ENT prior to seeing Dr. Toma. What a difference. Dr. Toma explains things very directly and in layman's terms. He comes to you with a clear plan of action and moves quickly to get you on the path to health. He is absolutely wonderful.

No after care for patient had surgery in sinuses developed a infection called it in they called a antibiotic in with out having me come in to c if infection was from surgery or sinus infection and was told to return back to work in a non friendly dust inviroment many irritants to the sinuses area was told to bad not his responsibilitie for how bad my work conditions r! Sinuses still not right after 6 weeks. Will not b returning to this dr.
