A New Patient
I was a new patient referred to Dr Hernandez by my PCP., after reading some of the disturbing reviews I was unsure but decided to trust the referral of my PCP. I am so very glad I did. Absolutely nothing I read in the reviews was an issue or true! I was seen at exactly my appointment time, the was immaculate and well appointed. From the Front office Staff to the technicians in the back office everyone was friendly, welcoming , efficient & polite, not to mention caring and attentive to what I told them. Christen, Dr Hernandez’s PA was through, warm, polite and understanding. She answered all my questions clearly. Dr Hernandez was warm and caring, as this was a consultation he spent the better part of an hour explaining things to me and answering my questions. There was no feeling of being on a clock or rushed. He was great and I was so pleased with him. Please do not let Reviews scare you away from this caring office & Doctor as they almost did with me.

This office is so poorly ran and they are so unprofessional. Like most of the reviews say, find another doctor. They called me so many times to schedule & reschedule my appointment, I told them just cancel ALL appointments and don't ever call me again bc I am not coming to that office ever. You cannot manage a simple schedule- seriously!!!

Once again in the last two weeks, Dr. Vinicio Hernandez and his Staff gave me a sense of being cared for and about. My husband, our son and I have all been brought through the "valley of the shadow of death" with cancer and come to the other side under his care: cancer free. This past week, another PET Scan showed my body cancer free and clear. I am grateful to the Lord and to him and his Staff. Thank you.

This is an absolutely HORRIBLE doctor! He is PATHETIC! He is rude, abrasive, uncaring, unprofessional and should NOT be allowed to practice medicine. This charlatan has to be a COMPLETE embarrassment to the ENTIRE medical profession. Run! Don’t walk away from this horrid doctor. Do yourself a favor and find ANYONE else. You’ll thank me later.

The first time I went to his office the front girl was rude and the doctor took over an hour to see me to then ask me why I was there when my primary doctor sent the information on why I was sent there! He scheduled CT Scans and when I came back for follow up he didn't have the results and when he got them he could not explain all that was saying as the diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend him for nothing as his knowledge is like a doctor that just started practicing!

I have been seeing Dr. Hernandez bi-annually for the past five years. He is one of the best doctors out there. He cares about his patients & provides excellent medical cares. He has seen me several times without charging because I didn't have health insurance and he was concerned about my condition. He is the right person to go to if you have an oncology/hematology diagnosis. Thanks for all you do.

1. took them 6 months to send a diagnosis, by that time it went from stage 3 to 4 2. says he wants to stop chemo so the cancer can get "worse" then hit it again with chemo 3. the center has rescheduled my PET 3 times (after driving an hr to get there) only for it to be cancelled because "the doctor wasn't there" 4. No manners 5. Very negative and more and more. Overall, stay away

Dr Hernandez is very down to earth, his reassuring manor makes for a good experience. I have been seeing him for 3 years. I will be starting radiation treatments at his center and l feel very confident because of his staff and associates. Every thing was explained with great patience. I turned to Dr Hernandez for my breast cancer treatments as this was not the reason for my original visits 3 years ago. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Hernandez is very knowledgable about blood disorders, and he took a lot of time diagnosing and treating me. He really listens and is very personable. I would highly recommend him if you need a hematologist. He explains things clearly so you understand what is going on. It is a pleasure being his patient.
