Dismissive
I took my mother to see Dr. Campbell for a concerning hard lump on her face, hoping to receive a referral for further treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Dr. Campbell was not only rude but also dismissive of my mother’s concerns. She treated the issue as if it were not a big deal, despite its seriousness. The entire visit lasted no more than 10 minutes, and we left feeling as though our concerns were completely ignored. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy, especially when seeking medical help for something potentially serious. I would not recommend Dr. Campbell to others based on this experience.

Rude and Judgemental
I was offered an appt with this provider when my PCP (in the same practice) was unable to see me. Past experiences with this approach had yielded positive results, so I was content seeing her. I'm now regretting my decision. She was incredibly rude and condescending stating, 'I guess you've learned a lesson today to not wait so long to see a doctor when you're not feeling well.' This after 3 days of trying to get an appointment was not the thing to say to ill patient. Not only was it unprofessional and rude, the comment oozed with judgement from a medical professional who should be anything but. She also wanted to perform a battery of tests which my PCP keeps regular tabs on. Which will only result high costs out of my pocket, something she gave zero consideration to. I am a very loyal, obedient patient and I have great respect and faith in doctors, but not this one. I will never see her again and I would advise you not waste your time or money doing so either.

Was the on-call physician when I tried to reach my regular GP. Although she was able to help me with my issue, she was shockingly rude on the phone.

I was one year behind Dr. Campbell in medical school. I did several training rotations with Dr. Campbell as a student. When I moved back to the KC area, she became my personal physician. She has rendered excellent care, sage advise, and I trust her completely. Michael s. Ballentine, D.O.

Excellent physician. Appreciate that she takes a measured approach when diagnosing and treating patients. I had an episode of severe and debilitating sciatica but with a conservative approach and good follow-up by her I have no residual damages and no need for any drugs and complete mobility. Other doctors might go for a quick fix but she always goes for treatment that is best for the patient in the longer term. Glad she is my physician.
