The first visit to this so called physician told me all I needed to know. This man ( I refuse to call him a physician) put the stethoscope on the chest to listen but … did not have the ear pieces in!!!! Said everything sounds good. I asked him how he heard the lung sounds without using his stethoscope properly. His reply was yes it was in my ears!! This was the only time the “Dr. “ was seen. This office is about making money not caring for patients.

NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL
NOT GOOD. AFTER LEAVING I WONDERED WHAT DID I GO THERE FOR. RECIEVED NO HELP OR RECOMENDATIONS. I NOW WILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER DR. TO GET MY LUNGS CHECKED OUT. HAS TROUBLE BREATHING FOR 2 MONTHS AND GOT NOTHING FOR THAT. A WASTE OF TIME.

Bad service - would not recommend.
I will be finding another sleep specialist after 7 years of bad, offhand, and simply rude treatment from Patel's administrative staff. One can never get through to make an appointment or get a prescription refilled. I have only seen Patel once in all the years and he leaves his practice to be badly run by his staff. The waiting room is dingy and depressing and there is no privacy when checking in - people in the waiting room can hear everything one says. I have had an occasion when a visit to another specialist has been prescribed, and his staff simply forgot to make the appointment. Also, after days of trying to get through to his inefficient phone service (one cannot even leave a message), when I eventually got through to a person, I was told to please phone back as their system was not working!

I visited Dr. Patel's office a total of 3 times for severe sleep apnea. I met with him the first time, and then was treated by the PA for the remaining two times. With the doctors and nurses, there weren't any issues with my visit. I would strongly recommend office and professionalism etiquette training for the reception/billing staff. In one particular instance, there was an issue with my appointment not being recorded (which I was completely fine with). The staff complained in front of me about "Sherry" not entering appointments and always getting onto them about it. In another appointment, I heard in the waiting room the staff refer to Dr. Patel as slow, complaining about having to get insurance cards reuploaded, and one staff member (male voice) discussing getting into a fight with four other guys. I will say the staff at the sleep study were respectful, relational, and helped answer my questions regarding my sleep study.

I have been going to this office for several years. I never see Dr. Patel, only his PA. I think she is probably knowledgeable, but I feel like she is constantly rushing to the next patient. I feel like she operates the practice like a factory -- in and out as quickly as possible. She acts annoyed if she has to take the time to answer a question. It takes forever to resolve medication issues, such as authorization requests, etc., resulting in my having to go without medication that is needed. I always find the office staff and nurses to be pleasant. I think the PA needs to take lessons.

The test lab people were awesome. His female assistant was pleasant but 3 the office visits I was rushed in and out. I am a Veteran and this office refused to sign a form asking for his medical opinion about my sleep apnea being military related. He could have answered yes or no but simply refused. He is quick to take the VA's money though and charged way more than I though he should. So if you are a Veteran in the Princeton pick another doctor for your Sleep Apnea evaluation.

I did not even see Dr.Patel. I saw the catty PA that rushes everything! This office is very unprofessional. I had a high schooler check me in and take my vitals. I have been through my nursing classes and you do not take blood pressure on the back of your elbow. I asked about her qualifications and she had nothing. The secretaries up front are wonderful ladies, however having a hateful PA in ripped jeans does not seem professional. Im scared to put my health in their hands. This place is awful!

This man is unbelievably arrogant and condescending. The worst thing though is he is an absolute quack. If you want to die, go to this doctor. He does not care about you.
