Dr. Visit Chatsuthiphan, MD

Had about the same problem as everyone else here, rushed out and given medication that was no use to me.

He was my md from 2014-2017. I was at a healthy weight and then this stupid man put me on meds that made me gain weight to the point where I could’ve been dead. Thank god I found someone better than this fool who tortured me from the ages of 15-18. I finally back to my healthy weight after leaving his place. One day, I’ll put this man in his place and hopefully karma will get him sooner than later.

My first consultation with this doctor didn't spark red flags since my mental has me a bit fuzzy. He took me off my SSRI meds to put me on SNRIs. He continues to tell me that the new medication is comparable to a stimulant, which would help me think clearly.After a google search, I realized that it's just another form of antidepressant. I never mentioned to him that I was feeling depressed; I need help processing. During my second consultation, he suggests to up the dose to the med when I not simply depressed. "I feel like I can't think clearly and communication is becoming a problem." His response: you are depressed, therefore you can't think clearly.I am the patient, I know what I feel. "I feel cloudy and unable to focus." Primarily, I made the second consultation so I could discuss with him about going on disability due to my cognitive impairments. His response: there is no evidence to how you feel. It's the doc's job to report my symptoms! His lack of effort was repulsive.

Worst Dr. ever. Rude and degrading. Please read other reviews and do not waste your money. He will make you worse.

I set up appointment for my son with this doctor but being that he is 19, I did not join in on the visit. My son missed his second appointment and the doctor called my phone but was extremely rude. He again missed his next appointment and the doctor called me agin but this time to tell me that he cannot help my son. I’m understanding now that his 5 minute appointment with my son is just to keep his prescriptions going. He is billing the insurance company 350.00 each visit. He does not take the time to consult with my son and the dosage that he is offering him. This medication is all new to my son and now I am dealing with a monster. I have never seen such hostility in him until now. It’s a shame that this doctor is all about money and not for the concern of his patient. He will be reported. My intention for this review is for other parents to be aware.

Dr. "Chats" has low ratings and availability in his schedule for a reason. He is rude to his patients and refuses to provide appropriate care. I have seen him several times, each visit with a worse opinion of him, but I figured at least we already had a psychiatrist who could prescribe medication, which in this area can be hard to find. However, Dr. Chatsuthiphan in fact does not meet minimum standards for effective patient care and has 100% the worst attitude and manner I have ever seen in any physician. I doubt he would still be employed anywhere except the Inland Empire, because of its physician shortage. Would especially warn against for teenaged patients who may not be able to or know how to advocate for themselves.

5-minute appointments, says all of perhaps 6 words to you on a good day, doesn't even say hello, does NOT look at you; keeps attention directed solely at the screen of his laptop. Does NOT allow his staff to give his email address to patients. Doesn't even consider allowing the pharmacy to contact him in order to request a refill, even when a patient is OUT OF MEDS. Does not care about patients, only about fitting as many in as possible in a day. In it for the money. Worst Dr. I've ever had.

Dr walked out and called my sons name and said youre late I cant see you, I have another appt after this. I was shocked, this was the way he greeted a 9 yr old child and his mother. He went on to say we needed to reschedule. I explained that I was there on time, what he said was not fair because he had been with another patient during our appt time, he said ok fine I will see him but it will be rushed. I explained that what he was doing was very unprofessional and rude, my son did not deserve to

Shocked to find out appointments are 5 minutes apart!!!!! Put my son on several meds that do not work. TAKES NO time to ask questions or get to the bottom of the problem. Just writes a prescription based off a questionnaire.. we keep telling him the meds are not working, and he just doesn't care. He rushes you out in 2 mins. It took over a month to get in contact with the back office staff for preapproval authorization from my Ins. Horrible Dr. and staff. Moved my son to new Dr. in Ontario.
