Had a follow-up appointment that needed to be rescheduled. They were to call me with a new date, it is three months later and no call to reschedule appointment.

The hospital visit did not include an exam or questions/answers by the Doctor. He only ordered tests and was gone very quickly. He returned after the tests, but didn't provide a review. The PA that was with him was very condescending and unprofessional. This meeting did not show any concern, empathy or professionalism whatsoever.
