Front desk reps have no manners and are very rude. They treat you like nobody and make sure you take a day off to go to the office. The wait time can be 2 hours plus.

I think Dr Taverna is a wonderful doctor. However its his wife the so called office manager that is the problem Everyone who works in the office including the doctor seems to be afraid of her. I was there for blood results but the wait was too long. I told the girl that works there i just want my results she told me i had to wait i said i just want a copy. The girl was courteous but i could tell the girl was afraid of the doctors wife who was standing next to her. the wife was very rude to me.
