Unprepared and impatient.
I have suffered years in pain and have met a great many Doctors over the years and this was just a unreal appointment. I won't elaborate further, but I made a big mistake not further researching this Doctor. Unprofessional and unprepared and full of presumptions.

I'd love to leave a 5 star review, but...
I'd love to give 5 stars, but I was just 'fired' as a patient. I've been seeing him as a patient ever since the Christian NE building, around 2012. He was very caring and he treated my back pain effectively with epidural injections and trigger point injections.I returned a few years ago, but my job was bought by SSM, and he was no longer in network. I was able to pay cash and even paid cash for my last procedures. But my situation changed. So I had to cancel my last few appointments. I didn't just no call no show, I actually called and cancelled the appointments because I did not want to waste his time when I wasn't able to pay on those particular appointments. My situation changed, and I tried to make an appointment (after I'd seen 3 pain doctors in network, and was told they were not able to perform the treatments Manchanda did)and I was told he would not accept me back amdue to the cancelled appts! I am not trouble, I'm not med seeking, I'm respectful. Now I'm just disappointed

Caused more pain than anything. Ridiculous
He never helped. Said the first visit that he didn't want to prescribe me meds for chronic pain for degenerative disc disease. Then he gave me an epidural which made me hurt worse. Then I attempted suicide due to the pain and on the next visit says he can't give me meds because of the suicide attempt. Don't waste your money with this guy. On top of everything else, they keep sending VA insurance invoices that say they won't pay for one of the visits(I wouldn't either. They did absolutely nothing during the visit. Got my vitals and asked if I was still hurting and I said yes). But it says in the note section that they waited to long to file it in the referral.

DR.Manchanda
I realize he is doing the best he can for my multiple pain areas. I do sometimes wish that he would help with a low dose pain killer for my absolutely insane sleepless nights. The leg spasms and muscle popping (neuropathy) cant be controlled so far, so sleeping is difficult. I like Dr. Manchanda a lot but wish he would be a bit more personal when dealing with me. It's much better when he is not afraid to greet you by your name. That would go a long way with me. The staff is very friendly....we have had our moments but I do respect them and feel that they care.

Awesome Doctor
Dr. Manchanda and his staff are always so awesome when I go to the office. If I am not feeling well I call so I can help keep him and the staff healthy and the accommodate me with a tela health appointment. They always call back when they say they will unlike some of my other Doctors. He listens to you. I was on a higher dose of Pain Meds when started with him and now I am on a lower dose and I am grateful for this. Thank you. Dr. Manchanda and Staff.

Responsible doctor and staff
No problems with this Dr, or his staff. I have been seen by another pain management Dr and was put on many pain meds. Dr. Manchanda worked with me to finally get off all pain meds. His treatment using RFA certainly does the trick with my pain. Treatment was done at L-2, 3, 4 and 5. I've told everyone that if you have pain look into RFA treatment. Now due to the fact that the government Medicare is not allowing him to do 4 levels of my back he only can do 3 levels. And Medicare has said no more sedation med during treatment. This helped me relax better while he was doing the procedure. The doctor and staff all work together to make sure your visit is smooth and convenient. After seeing Dr. Manchanda for years, I can say he is a friend that I can talk to about anything. Folks in pain can sometimes be harsh and I understand that but by no means does this office or staff deserve a bad review.

Long term patient
I have been seeing Dr. Manchanda since 2014. I have multiple chronic issues that all cause pain. I see him for pain medicine management and I've also had multiple procedures, including b0t0x for migraine, steroid injection, trigger point injection, and radio-frequency ablation. Dr. Manchanda is knowledgeable, caring, and willing to let you, the patient, have input into your care plan. The staff are all friendly too. Additionally, I have been able to do telemedicine visits during the pandemic. I have recommended Dr. Manchanda to many friends and will continue to do so.

I have been seeing Dr. Manchanda for several years and would recommend him to friends and family who are in pain and are seeking relief. I have low back pain, neck pain and knee pain. I didn’t think he would miraculously solve all my pain problems but he certainly made me much more comfortable and able to do a lot more activities of daily living. I felt he listened to me and explained things to me. He doesn’t rush you and his staff is very friendly.

I love Dr Manchanda! He really listens to his patients and cares about them. He is a very thorough Dr, checking every level of your MRI to see exactly where the problem area's are. He will do a procedure, and call the next day to check on you to make sure you got some relief from your pain. What Dr does that!! I wouldn't go to any other Dr, and I tell everybody that needs pain management about him!!

Terrible, rude man who himself does not look in good health for only being 45. I am older than him by almost eight years and in much better physical shape than him, in spite of having had multiple back surgeries. He barely was in the room for one minute and left without even looking at my injury. He seemed angry that I made the nurse call him back and she even said how he races out of the room so fast, without seeing the patient. He is hardly worth 50 cents, much less the $110 that my insura

My husband has been seeing him for over a year and he hasn't helped his pain, improved his quality of life, or really explained anything. In fact, my husband's condition continues to deteriorate. He is a poor excuse for a pain management doctor. I am currently searching for a real doctor who will actually try to help treat my husband's condition, not just dismiss him and treat him like a drug-seeking piece of trash.

I'd give him 0 star if it's an option. This doctor is the worst. He doesn't care about his patient. He is arrogant, doesn't listen and absolutely doesn't care about his patient! He is lucky that the prescription he gave my husband that he had major side effects on didn't land my husband in the emergency room or I would have absolutely no qualms appealing to the board of medicine or whoever I needed to go to to have his license revoked. Definitely not recommended.
