Dr. Vivian Virella, MD

Dr Virella has been my PCP for just short of six years. She is the BEST. She is both Professional and Personable. Very Caring. She addresses the “Whole person “. She connects the healthcare dots.

I am new to the area and it took me some times in searching for a new family doctor for my physical checkup. Finally, I found Dr. Vivian Virella, after reading numerous online reviews from a number of doctor review's websites, on different medical facilities and doctors in this area. I think I made a right choice, as Dr. Vivian Virella is professional and experienced. She is very detailed, thorough and attentive/caring to every concern I brought it up. And one time I had some sudden concern, Dr. Vivian Virella was able to accommodate and see me the next day. In addition, the facility is well-maintained in a nice and clean condition. Though it doesn't seem like any downtime there, my appointments in the past three months were all on scheduled without waiting time. Staff are friendly, like Mary who always has a pleasant and friendly smile when engaging me during each visit. Thank you all. (Pam C.)

Everything was in a rush and unprofessional. The nurse I had, was unprofessional but cool at the same time so I liked her. You could tell that she was probably a nurse trainee. Anyway, it was my first visit so hopefully, it will get better the more I visit. Also, I don't know who the woman was but it was some woman with a short ponytail working at the reception desk who had an attitude for some reason. Even though everyone was unprofessional, some of them were cool, so I felt welcomed.

I asked for a letter for my workplace due to my medical condition and it’s been 2 weeks and no letter after multiple calls. I am very disappointed.

Seen Dr Virella few weeks ago for the first time and loved her she was very thorough when she did my physical exam and took her time to get to know me and my needs Front desk was friendly and appeared to still be in training when she asked the manager for help she spoke very rudely and unprofessional in front of me and she was on her cell phone! The 2 nurses were very nice and professional the doctors nurse was very caring efficient and knowledgeable. Was very pleased with the care I got.
