Very good Doctor
Listens to you,she doesn't rush me in and out of the office, not that I would leave without understanding everything, been with her for years, the only thing I don't like is since her office has been at the hospital I can never get an appointment unless it's months out and that is unacceptable, they tell you to go to urgent care and with my health history I don't want to see someone who doesn't no my history, maybe she has to many patients,it's sad when your sick and have to wait to see her

  • Explained conditions well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Trusted the provider's decisions
  • Wait times
What could be improved

It's Christmas Eve. My daughter with special needs has a terrible sinus infection that has spread to her ears. She is in pain. I called Dr. Taylors office earlier in the week about her filled ears....and was told to call back in January!!It was suggested that I try over the counter ear wax removal, which I have been trying and find it unsuccessful. I just called early this morning because not only are her ears in pain, the infection has spread to her sinuses and she is in horrible pain. I was told to call back MONDAY!!!!!!!...5 DAYS FROM NOW!! She has a history of sinus infections as her sinus and ear canals are very narrow. To allow her to spend the holidays without the relief that a simple antibiotic can bring is an act of total negligence. We will NEVER return.

Dr. Taylor has over prescribed my grandmother since the day that she has started seeing her. My grandmother gets a medication for any issue that she has as small as a stubbed toe. I have had numerous concerns about my grandmother's physical and mental health and Dr. Taylor refuses to help me find my grandmother proper help. She refuses to discuss options, not personal information, simply general options for finding my grandmother help and I am at a total loss. I would not recommend Dr. Taylor

I had my first visit w/ Dr. Taylor recently. She is quite personable, spends time discussing concerns, and seems to be quite perceptive. My initial visit was for back problems, and she evaluated my description, schedules tests and set me up with a treatment specialist. If my future visits are this good, I will highly recommend her.
