I had a follow up appt for this coming Tuesday, to go over my records that are in his previous practice. I called today to see if before my appt I could get some imaging done because it was over 10 years old. I should have asked at my last appt. But he wanted to see his previous records. I was told no I have to ask at the appt. Ok. I asked if they had received my records and was told no. That I should call. I told the unpleasant woman that I signed for the office to obtain them. She said yes we sent the request and haven’t gotten them back. Do you want the number to call. So your staff doesn’t follow up on their requests. She said no. So I’m going to go to an appointment to follow up on what then? I canceled my appt when a doctor's office requests medical records from another office, it is not the patient's responsibility to follow up; the responsibility lies with the requesting medical office to obtain the records from the previous provider, as long as the patient has signed a medical release form authorizing the transfer of their information. Patient authorization may be required in certain situations: While not always necessary, some situations might require a signed patient release form to access medical records from another provider, particularly if the information is considered sensitive. Responsibility lies with the requesting office: Once a patient has signed a release form, the responsibility falls on the new doctor's office to contact the previous provider and request the medical records.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen
-didn’t let me speak -didn’t answer my questions -very fast rushed visit -minimal physical exam -prescribed medication that is not supported in the medical literature to treat my symptoms

Every visit with the doctor is super rushed (even less than five minutes). He does not know why he has scheduled you to the office for follow-up appointments nor does he take the time to review results and notes shared with him prior to your appointment. I had to google test results to understand what was going on as he did not go through the (abnormal) results at all. He just says to come back again in a few months... but why?! If possible, I would give zero stars. Seek another practice if you want a provider who sees you as a human and not a billable time slot.

He rushes through every single visit they are 5-10 minutes at most. He constantly downplays all of your symptoms, then pushes you out the door and says ok see you in a month or 6 weeks like for what?? If I could leave ZERO stars I would. If you want a real diagnosis and a caring doctor do NOT go to him. It is a complete waste of time and emotionally draining.

I agree with what everyone stated. My experience was very much the same. After waiting for over an hour and a half in his waiting room and only seeing him for no more than fifteen minutes was telling. He was rude, abrasive, and had already had predetermined my diagnosis. I asked him to please slow down as he was interrogating me and he yelled at me. I went to him due to a brain injury and neurological issues and this is how he abused me.

Every time I've seen him in the last 10 years or so, it's always the same questions! How are the tremors? Do you need a refill? Do you want to come back in 6 months? All of which takes less than 2 minutes! In fact, the one time I tried to talk to him about my concern about my forgetfulness at times, he just brushed me off and said he wasn't interested in talking about it!

I plan on seeing a new neurologist. Dr. Milo has been very disappointing with his lack of sympathy and bed side manner, I don't even think he knows why I'm seeing a neurologist in the first place. He seems to not even look at my chart before going into an appointment with me; as he keeps asking why I'm having tests he requested done or taking medications he prescribed. . I hope he either retires soon, or gets terminated as I feel sorry for anyone that has to have him as their doctor.

He spent exactly 4 minutes with me. He asked me a rapid fire series of questions, but interrupted me to ask the next before I could finish. I came prepared with a typed log of my symptoms and only got the chance to describe two of them - and one of those was because I interrupted him and blurted it out. There was no opportunity to ask questions, no explanation or discussion. I'm not sure he even looked directly at me during my four minutes.

I have seen doctor Milo many times over the years. All of these 1 star reviews are right on. This is clearly a doctor whos priority is quantitity, not quality. He is rude. He is constantly in a rush. He never takes time to discuss treatment plans. This is clearly a doctor whos in it for the money and not the patients best interest. And to make matters worse, it's nearly impossible to see another doctor in this group after seeing him. I wonder how many people needlessly die under his care. Sad.

He doesn't take the time to check the patient's file to see why they have an appointment. He makes you feel like part of a cattle call. Every appointment is left to the patient's input. He has not asked about medication history.

Went to him for tremors. He took over for my previous neurologist. He treated me as if I was senile. He gave me a prescription & rushed me out the door. The first appointment lasted all of 5 minutes. The medication he prescribed isn't helping me much. May be looking for a new one.

He denied me with one of my medications. I messaged his office and asked why he had did that, and didn't get a reply back as to why he denied my medication. But needless to say, I got my medication. What if it happens again? It will be in his hands if I have a seizure. So I think it's time for a new neurologist. I'm glad I read all.these other comments.

I am trying to find a new doctor in the Lowell area as this guy is a straight out joke. Rude, brash, judgemental, takes not one single one of my concerns serious and I feel blames me for my poor control of my epilepsy when in fact he is unwilling to explore any other meds, options, treatments, etc. I would NOT recommend him nor the practice to anyone.

Oh how I wish I'd found these reviews before I took my Dad to this appointment. Dr Milosavljevic was totally disinterested in treating my Dad and couldn't be bothered listening to my Dad's issues. His bedside manner was nonexistent and he was out-right rude. His front office staff leaves much to be desired in the area of professionalism; and that should've been my first clue. A waste of time and money!

His demeanor and bedside manner is terrible. Poor listener, very judgemental. It just seemed like he was going through the motions and not really putting any effort in to help with my daughter's problems with pain. It's like being at a factory for neurology.

Has me in and out in less than 5 minutes. This sounds ideal unless you actually need answers or information. Doesn't listen to the patient and prescribes whatever he has a coupon for, regardless of the awful side effects. Very rude and short with patients.

I was told to see a neurologist by my PCP in order to review an MRI that I had, that showed abnormalities. I visited his office the Friday before my Monday appointment to drop off my MRI CD and radiologist's notes, during our visit not only did he not have the results to review but he showed no interest whatsoever in seeing the results and helping me to understand what the abnormalities could mean. He did a couple physical exercises and basically brushed me off. A waste of time
