Worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Do not talk to her. SHE DOES NOTHING!! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME!!

Great doctor, very pleasant and showed concern for how bad I was feeling. She listened, advised and didn't rush through appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Roundtree has a great staff and facilities but her bedside manners are lacking. Orders many test but never follows-up. If test are ordered I expect a follow call not a wait until your appointment months later. Yes I can see "some results" online but honestly I expect the professional to explain the results.

This is a money hungry office that does not care about the patient health at all. Insurance insurance insurance.

This Practice and the treatment we have received post surgery has been a nightmare. They refused to provide a life saving prescription (Xeralto Blood thinning med) to my husband claiming they don not know anything about it. He was in the hospital for 7 days, they took blood from him in their own practice but they don't know anything. It's been two weeks waiting for this doctor and his practice to call us back with a follow up plan. Today is Friday and nothing from them.

Dr Roundtree is a very experienced and caring physician, actually taking the time to listen to and discuss your concerns and health care. Encourages and practices PATIENT CENTERED health care in it's truest sense. Would highly recommend her. Setting appointments are easy and makes the time for urgent appointments. Staff at both the sign-in desk and nurses are all friendly and informative as well as very helpful.
