The doctor and staff does not listen
I was released from this office when I still had broken bones in my foot and was told I would have to live with foot pain. I asked for a CT scan but was only given X-rays. I had to put pressure on the staff, to get an mri weeks after I was released. I should have had an mri as part of my care during the months that I was seen at this office but did not get it. It was clear from the initial ER report that I had other problems and needed additional in depth pictures of my foot but never got that. Later, I finally found another doctor who helped me. It turns out that I have lots of options besides just living with pain, that were not offered by Dr Ringus.

Dr Ringus is exceedingly nice. BUT the Staff at his ortho center scheduled me with him when I was referred to another physician for elbow & cervical difficulties. While waiting for the appt I severely injured my rib cage. I called the day before my appt when I learned he was a foot specialist. I questioned the initial scheduling and staff said they referred back problems to him. Also called again questioning if this was appropriate. Staff said he’s a MD and will see me for my problems. He declined to discuss my back and touched my elbow once, over clothing. By then my excruciating pain was my rib cage. The least he could do is order an x-ray to see if I broke a rib. Became disgusted, waited weeks for a MRI for Bobb MD only to find this center cancelled it w/o notifying me. They did not make the MRI appt w/ NRH. HIPPA VIOLATION, ahhYES! What a enormous mess.....Don’t expect them to read this.

Dr Ringus is the BEST surgeon around for ankle replacement. I had a very bad auto accident in February of 2020. By October of 2020, the expert in Orthopedic Surgery in my state, told me that the only option I had was ankle fusion. This was after he had put all kinds of hardware in my ankle. I asked him about ankle replacement which he supposedly specialized in, he said that I was not a candidate. He told me to call for an appt. in Jan, 2021 to have the ankle fusion done. Instead I called Dr Ringus. He said that I was a candidate. I made an appt. w/him. I flew into OK from Indiana. He replaced my ankle after he removed all the hardware that the other Dr. installed. I am now well on my way to total recovery. It is a process and I am not saying that it is a piece of cake. I stayed in OK for 7 weeks. I am now working on the swelling and physical therapy. I am now walking better than I was able to in Indiana. The operation was a total success. Dr Ringus is a Godsend!! Thank you, Dr Ringus.

Dr. Ringus rebuild all the tendons in my ankle and it was the best thing I have ever done. Improved my life tremendously. Has done some minor knee cleaning out and handled a few stress fractures in my foot also.

Even though he was 45 minutes from OKC I made an apt with Dr. Ringus because it was important for me to have my initial apt with an orthopedic surgeon who specialized in feet as I thought I might need surgery. When I arrived he was across the hall from the examination room and sent in his PA to see me rather than coming himself. The PA spoke with him about me and possible treatment but I never saw Dr. Ringus. What is upsetting is that the PA is NOT in my network and so I was billed for an out

After 4 other surgeons I was blessed that Dr Ringus took on my foot and ankle. There was so much damage, scar tissue, broken hardware and pre existing nerve damage I didn't think anyone could fix it. He removed hardware, refused a joint cleaned my ankle and pretty much redid all my ligaments and tendons. It made a huge difference. I wish I would have had him from the start!!!!

1. Never actually touched my fractured finger or hand. 2. Never explained my condition (I was even confused as to which bone I had in fact fractured in my finger). 3. Did not adequately explain my prognosis or address any of my concerns. 4. Spent fewer than 10 minutes in my exam room over two visits (I timed them). 5. Waited anywhere from fifty minutes to two hours late from my scheduled appointment time with either Dr. Ringus or his physicians assistant. Worst doctor I've had. Don't go see him.

After injuring both ankles, Dr. Ringus repaired them with surgery. Very professional staff but very personable at the same time. I deal with many federal workers compensation injuries. I will always refer my family, friends and co-workers to Dr. Ringus as well as any of the doctors working with him that specialize within their areas. Very, very impressed with them all.

The Dr (Ringus) is great!!! The problem is getting thru their office staff who must have had "Bank Account is MOST important over any health issues with patients" burned into their souls. I'm suffering from a post-op severe infection but I'd rather deal with this on my own then dealing with souls office staff (West side Office).
