Very disappointed!!
My daughter went in for two mole removals and has had to pay almost $700! That is crazy to me. She had one visit for a consult and was told she would need to come back for another visit for the procedure, but there wouldn't be another office visit charge. WRONG! She was then informed that the moles would have to be sent to the lab for a biopsy, which was not necessary, but she does not have the experience to inquire about the norms. So that was almost $300 for no reason, all out of pocket. When questioned about this, we were informed she signed the consent forms when she went in. This was not explained to her. She does not have insurance that covers any of this and does not have a job that pays near enough to handle these expenses. So disappointing how the healthcare system is out for the dollar and not the best interest of the patient.

Dr. Keller takes the time to listen and explains everything in detail. Very pleasant demeanor. His nursing staff is very professional and friendly. My whole family sees him. We have recommended him to several people who return to him as well.

He's a great doctor with a great personality! Not only is he very thorough and smart, but he makes you feel welcome and valued. His nurse Jessica and front desk receptionist Bonnie are also top notch.

Very nice staff but also very expensive. I pay for my own medical care so I notice when a Doctor is over charging. I went to Dr Keller (whom I never saw) because of his location. I have gone to a Dermatologist every year for the last 10 years and have never paid more than $200. Dr Kellers office charged $500. I was only in the office for 20 minutes.

It was a year ago. The office was nice. I had a scalp condition I need him to look at, he was annoyed I had hair. Had a couple spots on my legs and he acted like I was being ridiculous. His nurse never cracked a smile. Maybe they were having a bad day. I work in the health care field, and this is unacceptable. I wont go back.
