Dr Chan and staff was excellent.
The staff was very efficient and performed colonoscopies on my wife and I. He explained everything before hand. He was very patient and so was his staff.

The nurse named Beth was rude and unprofessional. The staff was very noisy. Dr. Chan was OK, but very formal. It did not look like he was interested to help, did not even touch my stomach! Just interested to perform high cost procedures to pull money from insurance.

Patient
Staff was unprofessional at all and yelled at the patient. The doctor's wife withheld a refund of my copayment which was asked for 4 months ago.

Dr chan's office staff is extremely unprofessional!! One receptionist sitting all the way in the back, I'm not sure how she was even hired there with a mouth like that speaking to patients. Working in patient care and not knowing how to handle situations, not the job for you! I also tried asking for the boss of the place, not one person would give me the name, hence the fact of why I said unprofessional. I will be taking this into further action, but highly wouldn't recommend this place!
