A friend and former patient of Dr. Nawas recommended him. I am pleased with the kindness and professionalism of the staff as they are the first impression that a patient gets. After tests, meeting Dr. Nawas was a pleasure because of his kindness, professionalism and personality. (We’ve had those doctors who act bored or unconcerned, right?) Well, this doctor cares and shows it ?? Thank you to Dr. Nawas and the staff.

Dr. Nawas has always been very professional and personable as well during my visits. I have found him to be very compassionate about his patients. He always discusses everything that he does during his exam and recommends the best for his patients. I have been seeing him for years and as I aged I had no fear in allowing him to perform my cataract surgeries. He is the best ophthalmologist from whom I have ever received care. Every member of his staff has always treated me with the utmost respect and concern as well.

I made an appointment to have my eyes measured for novelty contacts through another company. I was charged a $55 deductible and pushed to allow them to dilate my eyes for a full exam, which gave me a horrible migraine, even though I told them I had excellent vision with no complaints. Turns out I have 20/15 vision with perfectly healthy eyes, no news flash there. Then I'm charged an additional $50 FOR THE PRESCRIPTION!! She said some of the scripts could be as high as $120. Lucky me. Smh.
