Poor Care
Dr. Chesshire is only interested in getting out of the room. He will not listen to anything I say. My treatment fells like it is from a list on a piece of paper that he checks the boxes to cover. And I am concerned that some of the documentation says that certain topics were covered in the appointment that were not. Office staff are unprofessional and will not help if you have a problem. And they will not call you back. These are some of the reasons I am moving to a new provider.

GREAT DOCTOR
Dr. Chesshir is the best Dr. I have ever had. I've been with him for 5 years of more, and we have been working on my good health and we finally reach the goal! All my blood test came back in the good range. Thank you Doctor! Couldn't ask for anything more.

Wow Dr. Chesshir is a nice guy but he has the worst team. Very unfriendly nurse that couldn’t give a 5year old a shot correctly and the office staff is the worse. On lady said they couldn’t vaccinate my son because they didn’t see kids. Lol. He is already your patient lady. No telling what she did. Now my son has a 102 fever. Save yourself the aggregation the 5 minutes you get to see the doctor after waiting 40 minutes past your appointment time is not worth it.

Dr. Chesshir is an awesome physician. He has great bedside manners. He took the time to explain my test results and asked me a lot of questions to come up with a course of action that would benefit me the most. He listened to me. I’m not one that always sees a doctor but He really made me feel comfortable about the visit. I’m glad that I’ve found a physician that I can trust. Also his staff is always friendly and pleasant.

I'll start off by saying that everyone was very kind, and this situation is not unique to the medical system. **But change has to start somewhere by someone. PLEASE STOP OVERBOOKING! We the patients have to leave our jobs to come see you during business hours. Dear Doctors, Ever wonder why patients are irritated when you enter the room? Its because they have already been waiting for 30-60 minutes after their appt. time to speak with you. - I am a new patient who requested a basic blood test, no exam, no conversation on medical history, etc. Just a blood test that is required by law for an RX refill. My time in (I was told to be 10 minutes early) to time out: **1.5 hours ** That was a total of 6 minutes with 2 nurses and literally a 1 minute conversation with the Dr.. I lost 2 hours of work AND I got to pay $110 + lab fees for something that could have reasonably been done in 20 minutes. The business model is deeply flawed. It's not the patient's burden to bear.

I had a visit scheduled for a basic checkup. It was scheduled as a "car visit" and I drove the 30 minutes to the office and checked in as I was asked to do. Nearly half an hour later, I was asked to move my vehicle to another spot where they perform "car visits". After another 20 minutes, I was told Dr. Chesshir would not come outside and I was out of luck (paraphrasing). I spent nearly 2 hours driving and waiting to get zero service through no fault of my own. I will not be going back.

Regular blood test and talk about our German prescriptions in times of Corona virus. Like always a great experience with the doctor and the team. We moved to Belton, but still stay with that team.

Good patient communication. Will listen to and answer all questions. Will not take your time if you don't have complaints. Sometimes appears distracted or rushed. If you need something, you might have to ask. I trust him, and Haley Watson, to be my medical team. I recommend them to my friends.
