Not only did he design a beautiful office located in Hermitage, but he was personable, professional, and respectful of my shoulder. He allowed me to try rehab first but recommended the MRI. During rehab, it was apparent that I had labrum issues within my shoulder. The MRI showed damage to it as well as rotator cuff tears. Surgery was needed and I'm glad I did. About 1/4 of my rotator cuff was raised off the bone. Dr Dube did an excellent job of using anchors to help tie it back down. The labrum was found intact but with shredded pieces about. He merely cleaned that up. My 6 week rehab turned into 6 months due to the rotator cuff. Rehab is not comfortable but a necessary evil. Insurance limited me on my visits, but after 8 months I began weight training on my own and that cleared up any remaining rehab issues. Almost 1 year out now and I have no limitations. Thanks, Dr Dube!

Unprofessional and rude
I was referred by my Dr. to get an x-ray for my foot. NP Caprice Craig examined my foot and had no clue as to the cause of my pain. She said she would prescribe me pain meds but after reviewing my medical records she informed me that she will report me to the State of Tn for doctor shopping! Since July 1 l have seen 4 doctors whom my PCP referred! Caprice is unprofessional rude and doesn't care . I will be reporting her to the State of Tn

Dr Dube and his staff were so courteous and professional .. I had injured my knee and Achilles. Dr. Dube was so patient listened to my concerns and gave me several options which did not involve surgery..

I saw Dr Dube exactly twice, once when deciding on surgery and again in my hospital room right after surgery. He was a no-show for my two week checkup. Everything was handled by nurse practitioners. I have not had any other scheduled visits to check my knee, poor follow-up. He had good physical therapists for rehab, but billing issues were quite unsatisfactory. One billing ($450) was improperly submitted to Medicare, denied, and thus charged to me. It took 3 months for my insurance people to convince the billing department that I was not personally responsible. In addition, I was billed for whatever Medicare did not pay, called balance billing. That practice is not acceptable for Medicare patients. I have another knee surgery pending, but I will definitely not be using the services of Dr. Dube or his PT department.

I do NOT recommend Dube Orthopedics, after the surgery was unsuccessful they basically just shrugged their shoulders and never actually fixed whatever is wrong with it. They couldn't keep PT at the location I was at so I went through 3-4 PT specialists which means they had to do an evaluation everytime and start over, I was billed for almost 3k just for the physical therapy appointments that led to absolutely nothing.

Terrible. PA was disengaged and not wearing a mask. Never saw Dr. Dube. Hundreds of dollars spent on diagnostic treatments only to be given simple exercises which I could have found online. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Dube fixed my shoulder. Now I have no shoulder, neck or arm pain any longer. In fact, I have been able to return to golf and can effectively swing a club again. Thanks Doc!

The most unprofessional experience I have had the displeasure of enduring. The office staff is very arrogant and unhelpful. They scheduled my surgery twice and had to cancel both time due to errors on their part. I would NEVER recommend.

The costs of EVERYTHING in this office are ridiculous! I don't know how they justify the rates such as $35 to put an ice pack on an injury for 5 minutes! Not to mention the high monthly payments required to avoid collections. I have never even met Dr Dube but my wallet feels like I should have! No regard for what is best for the patient. Simply a means to collect a large sum of cash!

Dr. Dube was great to work with. Our son received a broken arm while snowboarding last Christmas. He worked us in almost immediately upon our return to TN. It took six weeks to heal due to the nature of the break but Dr. Dube and his staff made sure all along the way that our son knew the importance of letting it heal even though he wanted to return to sports. He was able to return to competing within 4 weeks and it hurt to play but that did not stop him. Now he is completely healed and talking about snowboarding once again this coming Winter. Thanks Dr. Dube and staff for all of your care and treatment.

Had my knee scoped in November 2017 and some arthritis smoothed off. At times knee is now worse than before surgery. Had to have a drug test before the scope - was told that it was required of all patients before surgery - the charge to insurance was $7500. Totally, totally unnecessary. I echo others that costs seem high. Was able to see Dr. Dube periodically on my visits but not every time.

Watch your wallet! This place only wants your money for bogus charges of things you don't even need!! Take noting on your visit and research if you do go! Get second opinion! First you never see the dr but your insurance pays as if you did! You then have to go to HIS physical therapy dept. then i was given a brace wic in fact i did not need! This place needs to be watched as this is why healthcare cost is out of control! Office staff is rude and basically do not care.

Even with an insurance this place is so expensive. Feels like a trap for money. We went for a small injury and we have been caught in a cycle of never ending charges. Although quality of service is good, there is no real conversation with the patient especially when it comes to more affordable options. Will not recommend. Also we never really saw Dr Dube himself.

Highly recommend. When I broke my arm last year the ER gave me a name of a doctor to follow up with for a cast. When I called that office, they could not get me in for 3 days. I called Dr. Dube's office and they worked me in the next day. Jeff placed my cast during his lunch. Very friendly staff and super accommodating.

Dr. Dube saved me from having a risky, unnecessary surgery. I was told by a neurosurgeon that my bulging disc in my neck needed to be surgically repaired or I would lose use of my left arm. I went to Dr. Dube for a second opinion. He encouraged me to do physical therapy instead of surgery. I was skeptical and scared, but with 6 weeks of physical therapy my pain improved. It's been 4 years and I have not had any problems and I am still working out and running as I was prior to injury.

I had to throw a fit to see Dr Dube. They always want you to see his assistant. I was there for my son and we were paying for Dube so we don't want to see an assistant. The whole office is rude and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Its like a factory, the doctor don't care who you are, your just a dollar amount to him.

I was referred to Dr. Dube by another doctor who he has operated on in the past. My shoulder had been bothering me for about three months and got to the point I couldn't reach my back pocket any more. Dr. Dube very quickly diagnosed me with AC joint arthritis, gave me an ultrasound guided injection which was not very painful. I then did physical therapy for a couple of months and my shoulder remains feeling great six months later. Since I have been treated, I have also had my children seen.
