Dr. Schratt is great. Office staff however needs to learn how to answer the phone and return phone calls to patients and pharmacies. Waiting all day and being lied to about the pharmacy being called is uncalled for. Very unprofessional!

I had a colon resection with this group, particularly Dr. Schratt. I felt at ease before and after the surgery with zero complications. It’s been several months and I have never felt this good! I would highly recommend this surgeon.

Trauma patient -in ER. He kept a close eye on me until he got me into life saving surgery. He treated me like a family member with a natural way of calming my fears. He relayed medical information to me thoroughly without being clinically cold. He cares about you. He saves lives and treats you and your family with kindness brushed with a bit of humor to disarm fear. I cannot thank him enough for being my trauma surgeon. God blessed me.

I met with Dr Schratt today and I have to say it was a pleasant visit. The staff and the Doctor treated me and my husband as if they already knew us. I hope my surgery goes as easy.

My experience with Dr. Schratt was excellent. He took lots of time to clarify all my questions, and he explained everything very clearly. He is a very polite and experienced person. At any time I felt very well cared. I appreciated his very friendly demeanor, and his wonderful sense of humor. The surgery (gallbladder) was pleasing and the aftercare excellent. For Dr. Schratt a patient isn`t any patient but an individual person and therfore also his treatment is individual. This makes him special

From the moment I called and made may appointment the office gave me a very unwelcoming feeling. I understand that gallbladder surgery is very common procedure but for a person who has never had surgery before it can be scary. After meeting Dr. Schratt he is rude and uncaring and has the worst bedside manor. I refused to let that man cut on me and would not recommend him to anyone.
