Depends on what he is treating….
I visited him twice. Once for a lump removal- he was great. Once for a rash diagnosis - he dismissed my own knowledge and experience with my own body and diagnosed me with something i KNOW I don’t have on assumptions of my age and complexion. I had photos of my rash in the past to show him- and he said “I don’t look at photos” Well dude it took so long for an appt with you that my rash changed over time!!So yeah- depends on your issue. Go see him for lump removals. But nothing if you need a diagnosis of a skin condition l.

Dr. Whitworth is very thorough and concerned. He follows up on past problems and explains everything including what to watch for and when to return for further evaluation. He is personable and makes me feel fortunate to have him as my doctor. Tom O'Brien

Avoid this physician. Walter Whitworth is dismissive, callous and extremely arrogant. He needs to re-evaluate how he communicates with patients.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The office was nice and all staff other than Dr. Whitworth were professional. Whitworth on the other hand was rude, pushy, condescending, and incredibly rushed. The perfect example of what doctor's should strive to avoid.

Wow! Dr. Whitworth knows how to make you feel right at home while displaying a large array of knowledge. I've seen my fair share of dermatologists, but he's by far been my favorite! He is caring and sensitive to your needs and also very friendly without coming across as fake.
