Dr. Ward Paine, MD

Dr. Paine might be an amazing Dr. but I’ll never know... I called to make an appointment for a check up, seemed easy and strait forward enough. The receptionist answered the phone and passed me off to the office manager Brandy. After 20 minutes of what I would describe as 1980s video game music mixed with loud static every few seconds (I just sat the phone down because no one can listen to that) Brandy finally picked up. What followed was the weirdest exchange I’ve ever had trying to schedule an appointment… anywhere… ever. Brandy asked me my name and what insurance I had. Next she asked my birthday and why I was calling. I told her everything she wanted to know and then it seemed as if she was deciding if she wanted to schedule me or not based on what I told her?? She finally said I think we can take you and said she would call me back about the appointment…. nothing else. SPOILER ALERT… Brandy never called back.

Superior. Of all the doctors I have had in my life, Dr. Paine ranks among the best. Responsible, no-nonsense, attentive, and effective. Highly recommended.
