Dr. Warren Downs, MD

The doctor ignored the parents concerns. And gave wrong medical information.

Dr Downs saw my mother this morning at the ER in Summit Hospital Hermitage. He was so patient, kind and caring. He spent so much time talking with us and explaining what was going on. His bedside manner was an example of how every doctor’s appointment should be. I simply cannot say enough good things about him as a physician. The same is true for the nurse Sam that worked with us at the ER. She was so attentive and caring. They made a trip to the ER so much less stressful than it could have been. I am very grateful to them.

I saw Dr. Downs in the ER at Tristar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage on 4/26/2021. He was probably the best ER doctor I have seen . Honestly, took lots of time to answer questions, was extremely helpful and empathetic. He prescribed medicine, did a CT scan and referred me to a specialist. Although I did not make an appointment with his referral, I ended up seeing Dr. Fakhruddin as my GI doctor this week, and I cannot speak highly enough for both of these physicians. Dr. Downs is definately a asset for Tristar to be fortunate enough to have such a wonderful physician. And thank you for the nice bedside manner. Being friendly goes a long way with patients to form trust.
