He pretty much fired me when I refused to take Omeprazole. I mentioned two other doctors I saw and he said ' you see a lot of doctors, so if you don't see me it will be one less ' yes, he really said that and in a rude abrupt tone. Bye l am gladly moving on!!!

First visit was uncomfortable
Moving here from another state looking for a ENT doc here It didn’t go good. I was interrupted many times telling me he had to focus on standard questions & writing it done. I was surprised because my ENT, New Hampshire always had a PA take notes so the doc could concentrate on me. He seemed as though he didn’t believe me or my previous docs on how serious my condition is. Put me on a standard topical antibiotics that never worked in the past. When my nostril was raw, bleeding and blocked with sticky mucus. I have major headaches. Telling me to come back in a month.

Caring and empathetic physician
My experience as a new patient was a very positive one. Friendly and courteous office staff; minimal wait time to see the physician. Dr. Goldstein was very pleasant, listened closely to my issues and explained things thoroughly. He has a calming and confident nature which is very reassuring to the patient. I'm very happy to have found this ENT group.

Looking for arrogance? You're in the right place
Warren Goldstein is arrogant, dismissive, and closed minded. ENT and Allergy would do themselves a favor by getting rid of him. My wife had allergy testing as related to dizziness and vertigo, and went into shock in the office. Goldstein insisted it was not anaphylactic shock and did nothing to assist, even though she went unconscious in the office. 911 was called and she was taken by ambulance to Emergency where they recognized it as anaphylactic shock, gave the appropriate injection and she recovered within a few hours. Stay away from this guy!

I was expecting more empathy from the Dr. He didn't offer me any solutions for my health concern, only that he was seeing me in a year. So my hearing can change in a year and that was it. Really? He was rough when he washed my ears. I'm a health professional, and I always treated my patients with empathy ,respect and compassion. Dr. Goldstein should treat patients accordingly, because of the patients he has a job.

0 stars. 2nd time seeing him. Thought I’d give him another chance. Interrupted me immediately. Totally rude, dismissive, pedantic. Rough technique cleaning my ears. No way he’s doing any surgery on me. Then he switched his whole demeanor, like overly polite and effusive. (He had a scribe taking notes on every word of the appointment.) Do not waste your time or co-pay on this strange little man.

Now I understand why it was easy and quick to get an appointment with this provider. I scheduled on a referral from my primary for allergies and chronic sinusitis. He was very arrogant dismissive and seemed annoyed that I was there. He would ask a question and then interrupt my answer mid sentence. Dr Goldstein literally made me feel on the defensive for being there grilling me on my symptoms and why I was even there. His bedside manner was very strange he would come in and out of an argumentative attitude to a caring one. Would not recommend him at all. I asked to see another provider for my upcoming allergy test and the staff was understanding.

He was very rude. He looked into my ears and was very rough my ears hurt for a few hours from his examine. He didn't clean my ears which my regular Dr. Lee always does. He just worked out of the room and said that was easy!

Horrible experience! After being in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment he Barely even listened to my concerns. Looked in my throat for half a second and said I had tonsillitis and to come back in two weeks if it didn’t clear up. Didn’t care that it had already been three weeks and on antibiotics my tonsils were just continuing to grow. He was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend him to anyone!

Worst experience ever, and this was the second time! Dr. Goldstein has horrible bedside manner. Twice, now, I waited in the exam room for over 45 minutes while he was next door in his office YELLING at one of his patients on the telephone. When he finally came in to see me he was in a bad mood and hardly gave me the time of day. One star was very generous.

I dont see a reason not to give Dr. Warren Goldstein a five star rating. He IS, from my experience, EXCELLENT at the surgery he does as well as the follow up office visits. In my case he "cleaned out" my sinuses which were about 70 someodd percent blocked. Recovery was pretty easy (stayed on pain meds for only a day and a half) and the follow up office visits were relatively easy. If yo look at the steps to having your sinuses cleaned out you can imagine its not going to be a completely painless evolution. And the person writing this review is, in fact, the coward of the medical world county. But even that first follow up office visit was not unbearable in pain, just highly uncomfortable. BUT .... that is the nature of the beat in his line of work. He has my strongest recommendation. Feel very comfortable using him.

Dr. Warren Goldstein was very caring, knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns and questions. He took his time going over my diagnostic tests and explained what was my diagnosis and what the surgery involved. I had a successful total thyroidectomy and removal of neck lymph nodes. I am recovering well, and many said it looks as if I never had surgery.

Dr. Goldstein was recommended to me by my endocrinologist for a parathyroidism condition. I was warmly greeted by Dr. Goldsteins staff and any questions that I had for them were answered. When Dr Goldstein came into the examination room he greeted me in a professional and also caring manner. As he explained my condition to me I was very impressed by his knowledge, his professionalism and his helpful answers to my questions. I left his office that day trusting that I was in very good hands.
