Dr. Clouse himself is fine. His staff/nurses/office managers are AWFUL! I have visited the office a half dozen times and finally today, I walked out prior to my visit and will never return. I was told 3 months ago that they would check to see if an orthotic insole would be covered by insurance. I never heard back until I called them. It was covered:) But, today hey told me it took too long from the initial request and that today I would have to pay $350. Bye Bye. DO NOT GO HERE!
