More concerned with the money
I saw Dr Guo for injections to my masseter jaw muscle, due to intense clenching. He did his initial consultation & I scheduled my next appt for the procedure. I had to drive all the way from Bellevue to Northgate office. Once I arrived, I found the injection was not at that office. I had to reschedule for almost 2 weeks later. Once at the 3rd appointment, I asked Dr Guo if I could get less the amount of the injection because I was worried about the side effects & have never done it before. He basically told me that he couldn't waste the vile so he had to do the entire 100 units. I am now left almost unable to chew solid food. I've been on a mostly liquid diet. I called to ask him about this & he said it's totally normal. I was not told about this ahead of time. Many other people who have had this procedure done w/other Dr's have not reported the same side effects. I feel he was not looking out for me & only wanted the money for the injection.

First time meet of Dr. Guo with his teams, their staff is so nice and comforting...especially for people who has implanted teeth problems. My wife had two implanted at a month ago, after she had bad luck continued and she felt very uncomfortable, when she is eating any food where the implanted area getting pain, during this period she visited three times dentist who couldn't solution the problems, until my wife swollen her part of face. than we turned to another dentist, but the answer was to find the original surgical dentist...... When we were desperate, we met Dr, Guo with his teams who quickly found the lesions and arranged too surgical operation, although they had a tight schedule. finally, they quickly solved my wife's illness. we strongly recommend Dr, Guo and his teams, they have super technology and nice services. we believe they will help more patients to solution their needs. Thanks Dr. Guo with his teams!

I went to Dr. Guo for wisdom teeth consultation. I had to say it was the worst experience ever for the doctors' visit. Dr. Guo was very impatient in explaining the terminology which he used to communicate with me all the time. Whenever I asked for clarifications, he was kind of rude and impolite, discouraging me from asking again even with some doubts. Secondly, he tended to use scary words to describe the situation, impressing you with the urgency to take immediate action. At last, I took the 3D scanning and paid $360 on the spot which he said was not covered by insurance. What made the worst experience worse was that I still received the bill for this same item, $360 after one month. Later I went to another dentist's in Seattle well known in the same area. They were apparently more professional and respectful. Overall, Dr. Guo is the last doctor I would recommend anyone to.

I was referred to Dr. Wei Guo by my son who is a general dentist. I had a dental bridge (over 30 years old) that was failing and was in need of extractions, extensive grafting to rebuild the jaw bone, and several implants. Dr. Guo and his team made the process very smooth and provided excellent service from the first appointment until the last. While dental surgery is not necessarily pleasant, his warm and compassionate personality made the experience much better. He is very knowledgable and use

We were referred to Dr. Guo by my son’s orthodontist and we were really pleased of how quickly they were able to get my son seen in their office. My son had 3 teeth removed and was very anxious over what he would expect. The surgical procedure went smoothly and my son was made very comfortable throughout the process. We would highly recommend Dr. Guo!

I went to Dr Guo for a second opinion about my wisdom teeth extraction since I didn’t feel like I need to have it all out. He explained the reason why my dentist want it all out and told me that he can just take out what’s currently bothering me if that’s what I’m comfortable having it done. This was not offered by the other surgeon. He also explained how tooth infection relates to overall health especially heart health. I ended up having all my wisdom teeth taken out.

A month ago, I walked in this office for an urgent care. I was in so much pain with my wisdom tooth. They seem to be all super busy, It was because it was after the Thanksgiving holiday. They were still very professional and politely told me that they can squeeze me in their schedule, but I may have to wait a while. I waited for 45 minutes. It was not a fun wait but well worth it. They checked on me often. I recommend this place

I needed a simple biopsy but my dentist didn’t have time to perform. Dr. Guo first gave a hard sales pitch on just removing the tooth and letting him put in an implant saying the tooth was non vital. My dentist assured me it was vital. He put me under anesthesia for the biopsy, then after I began to awaken that’s when I was given my bill and asked for my credit card for which I was charged $800 or so. When I went back to my dentist they said I didn’t need to be put under for a simple biopsy.

I had a bad experience with my wisdom teeth extraction. I had a general anesthesia, but I woke up during the surgery. I felt pain so moaned to let him know I was awake. I was extremely frustrated with this experience for a week, so I told Dr Guo I woke up during surgery. He said it's hallucination, even I told him I clearly remember conversation between them. I'm not very happy with his attitude that he just saying "You had a hallucination, you didn't wake up." There was no empathy to patients

Dr. Guo and his staff are truly wonderful. I am a very nervous dental patient, I cry even when I get a filling. Christa made it incredibly easy to schedule; Claire was a funny, informative, and personable dental assistant; and Dr. Guo's bedside manner and surgical skills are unparalleled. I'm not in nearly as much as I thought I would be from the procedure I and I just had it today. This is the best place to go for any oral surgery needs.

The worst dental experience. There is no communication about the procedure or the outcome/expectations. The provider and the staff do not stand by quality but by money. They could care less if you are unsatisfied with the results. I spent over $10,000, went under for an invasive surgery and came out worse than before, having to spend more money to fix what they did. They refuse to take responsibility for incorrect placement of the dental implant, neither he nor his office will return my calls.
