Excellent Doctor!
Friendly, happy, informative, knowledgeable. Nurse/assistant could not have been more friendly and helpful as well. I feel very confident in their care (and I am a hard sell).

Good experience
Dr. Sun and his team of professionals made a usually uncomfortable experience almost pleasant. From the receptionist who checked me in to the nurse, Kellie who wheeled me out, everyone made sure I was comfortable and looked after. I highly recommend IGG for all your gastro needs. Yes. Including colonoscopies.

Dr. Sun was good, the customer service and response times through their "portal" that they push on you is pathetic. After speaking with their office manager I was supposed to get a call back from Dr. Sun. Well that took 2 weeks. Don't go here, they just push you through the motions.

Clueless I had to push for solutions that work me; his suggestions were too naive for the severity of my case He brought in a female assistant w/o my permission or talking to me first for no medical reason while I was in a vulnerable half naked position LOSER
