I’ve had a very good experience with the doctor, and she took very good care of me.

I find Dr. Han a joy to work with. She is very personable and understanding of my situation. She is a genuinely nice person

Never answers phone calls, misses scheduled phone/telehealth visits. The worst

It is clear to me that Dr Han is very bad at her job. I dont understand why she chose a specialty in Endocrinology and Diabetes care when she can only look down on those with these types of disorders. She wont listen to your concerns and will look down on you like you are a piece of garbage. Not helpful and a horrible doctor, the staff even told me that she has a bedside manner issue and has been told to work on it. I question what of kind of person that cant even fake compassion for 2 minutes. If you want to be helped and guided by a doctor who has your best interest at heart, do NOT go here.

I was shocked by her bedside manner. She is rude, condescending and I will never go back here. She has no compassion for her patients and I was surprised, that the sutter website left her with such a high rating , her good reviews sound like they are written by herself. DO NOT GO TO her if you want a doctor that actually cares about you. I dont know why she is a diabetes specialist if she just sees us as " lazy and needing to get to work".
