My mother doctor. She talked with him clearly about getting paperwork for assisted living. I heard the conversation. Fast forward to now - he has no memory of conversations, no staff, is rude, will not do a service of getting paperwork, made my sister wait all day, told my sister she wasted his time, made my sister pay 15 bucks cash for paperwork that could have been faxed - he doesn't have office supplies to fax or print. Complete rude idiot. Others also angry in waiting room.

He is rude, and doesn't care about a person unless you are his own kind. He wouldn't even do a xray on me he told me my insurance won't pay it, and I dont need it. He doesn't listen to my problem, he mostly looks at his computer then will walk out of the room a few times. . I had to switched PCP because i wasnt being treated fairly.
