Blessed to have found Dr. Gardner.
His personality along with his professionalism! I had 2 teeth crack off at the gum and he removed the shattered roots almost painlessly. What a great guy personally and professionally. AND the Washingtonian named him Top 50 Dentists in the Tri-State area!

Charming but no follow up
It was necessary to pay out of pocket since services were not covered by insurance. What the doctor told me would happen was totally different than the directions I was given after the surgery by his assistant. There was absolutely no follow up as promised. Once you wrote the check the surgery was done and you were dismissed. Not great.

won't admit his mistake in writing quantity for prescription. Any after care is voided to answer and referred to his aid. Won't answer patient questions concerning bad prescription substitution. Staff didn't call later in the day as promised as the after care procedure after in office visit.
