Dr. Wendy Bergman, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Bergman's since she started her practice about 30 - 35 years ago. While she can come across as rushing, she is very thorough. If you have problems with your treatment or health issues, you just need to talk to her about it and she will take the time to listen to you.

PATIENT BEWARE!! Horrible doctor. Horrible human being. Doesn't treat you as a person. Now I understand why she has so many 1 star reviews. Looking for another provider as we speak.

Very concerned about the health of her patients. Takes time to discuss issues set a plan to address them.

Super impersonal. Almost rude. Treated me like an idiot. Dismissed medical anxiety. No effort to connect or explain or add compassion, comfort, or understanding. Doesn't respond to questions online. All done with her.

Thee one star is for her office staff wendy Bergman is a very dismissive dr refuses to treat my health issues has caused additional health problems by not addressing or helping with my many health problems do yourself a favor and avoid her and reliant

She is very rude rushes threw office visit refuses to treat my chronic pain condition she has caused me deep emotional stress and has left me in chronic pain that has reduced my quality of life

Dr. Bergman has been my PC for 4 years and has been absolutely great! she and her staff have been responsive to phone and email questions, and if Wendy is not available right away, there is always an NP available!

I was referred to Wendy Bergman by more than one person. They raved about her. My first appointment was for an illness I had been dealing with for months and left my previous Dr in the hopes of getting better care. Unfortunately, Bergman had very little to contribute and months later I still have no answers. She was rude, spent the entire 15 minute appt at the computer, made no eye contact, was sarcastic and unprofessional, asking questions with an accusatory tone like why was I prescribed a certain med or why was a specific test not ordered, like I was the one making these decisions. I gave her the benefit of the doubt hoping maybe it was just a bad day, but future appointments proved it was not. The whole ordeal, especially in the new building feels very stark, sterile, robotic and devoid of anything remotely nearing best practice/good bedside manner. Do yourself and the Dr (who acts like she's not interested in new patients) a favor and look elsewhere.

Dr. Bergman is incredibly thorough and is always available to answer questions. My doctor retired and recommended Dr. Bergman. At the exact time my doctor retired, I experienced a health issue and was feeling quite anxious about going to a new doctor. Suffice it to say, I was pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied! Thank you!!

Dr Bergman has been my PCP for over 10 years. She's a very good dr and has great nurse practitioners under her. However the ease of use at reliant has gone downhill in the past 2 years. It's difficult to get referrals. Getting an Rx for a simple illness (UTI) now takes up to 5 days and multiple phone calls. It used to take less than a day to get permission to go to lab, get a result, and get an RX. Now it takes all day for them to return a call. They never call in the rx until i call and remind

Dr. Bergman is a great doctor. Her grade should not be affected by the messed up healthcare system.

Impossible to get a referral for any Specialist outside of Reliant, even if NO ONE inside Reliant can figure out your problem. Even after years and years of being a patient. Time to get a new Dr!
