After much research, I was excited for my visit with Dr. Bocaille. The overall office visit was fine-- we discussed my concerns and ordered labs as needed. My lab results were posted ~3 days after my visit, which I saw in my patient portal. Being a healthcare worker myself, I interpreted the results and knew I needed a prescription sent in. After not hearing back from the doctor, I called the office 3 consecutive days in a row and each time they said the doctor should give me a call soon. On the 4th day when I called, I was informed that Dr. Bocaille has not read any of the messages they sent her on her provider portal and they transferred me to her medical assistant who told me she was not sure why Dr. Bocaille has not interpreted my lab results yet and that she would verbally tell the doctor to call me that day. I did not receive a call until 4:30PM 10 DAYS AFTER my initial visit and the worst part-- it wasn't Dr. Bocaille calling, it was her medical assistant. I did not receive my prescription until 11 days after my visit. I am so beyond underwhelmed and disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Bocaille and will be continuing care with another provider.

I was extremely happy with the amount of time Dr spent with me, how she listened to what I shared, and how many options she provided. She was also very clear with next steps and making sure I understood what she shared, as well as addressing all of my concerns.

The best doctor visit. Dr. Wendy was never in a hurry. She took the time to listen and talk to us during the visit. Dr. Wendy is a true doctor. God bless her heart and career.

The doctor was great because I had been discharged about three days before and they did not go over my meds. The doctor reviewed and when I explained that I had other meds, she took the time to review and go over the current meds that were overlooked while I had my inpatient hospital visit.
