We switched to children’s clinic east because we moved. I was not thrilled about having to switch dr.s and put it off as long as I could. I contacted children’s clinic east and got an appointment with who ever could see us. We were scheduled with Dr Hitch. We really like her. She was very attentive to my child and my questions. She seems very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. We loved our old pediatrician so finding siomeone to live up to my standards I thought would be impossible.

Very knowledgeable, but some of the below reviews are right... she does come off cold. She will cut you off. She's not necessarily rude or hateful- just cold & matter of fact. I doubt she has children. I really wouldn't recommend her for new parents or for people desiring the warm & fuzzy

Doesn't spend any time with patient. Dismissive and cuts parent off when they're trying to explain what is wrong with their child. Comes off rude and cold. I've been seeing her for the past month and each week she gives me the same resolution: keep doing what you're doing (which is no treatment). We are switching doctors.

Very good with children. Has seen mine for 13 years, and she always has a way of comforting and easing the children's anxieties about going to the doctor. Would highly recommend.

She doesn't try to exchange with kids or you just pops in and out, zero people skills and bedside manner.
