Too scattered
She is too scattered to take quality care of her patients. Small problems turn into big ones. Recommends therapies that are not covered by insurance and questionable if even needed. I lost all faith in this practice and will not return.

Look somewhere else.
Had an issue with a $139 charge. I called the billing office for clarification. Never received a call back, which was promised. I disputed a $80 charge for Leng calling to clarify something she didn’t make clear previously. Fast forward 3 weeks, I was due for a follow-up tele-med call from Leng. Office called a few minutes before Leng was supposed to call and wanted $139 payment first. Tried to explain that I had tried to speak with someone about the bill, with no success. Whomever I was speaking with acted insulted that I had questioned charges. She asked if I wanted an itemized statement mailed and I said “yes”. She said, “okay fine, but there won’t be a tele-med visit with Leng today and if you feel a UTI, just go to an urgent care facility”. The issue was more likely due to Leng talking very fast and with a heavy Asian accent (which doesn’t bother me) but does possibly cause some misunderstandings. Also, waited over 2 hours for my initial consultation and staff is rude!

Her office staff was very unorganized. After my appointment they never called me with my results. I had to call multiple times to try to speak to a nurse, but they never called me back. I understand that the office is busy, but patients should at least be called back at the end of the day. I had to call 3 days in a row and nobody ever called me back - all while suffering from a urinary tract infection. The time I finally spoke with a nurse she was very short and rude - probably because it was 15 minutes to closing time on a Friday, but I had been trying to reach the nurse all week and had already called multiple times on Friday as well. Long story short, if you are looking to get things done in a timely manner then maybe not this office. I only met with Dr. Leng for a 15 minutes appointment so I am not speaking about her so much as her office staff.

She has great bedside manner, however she is constantly recommending new medicines, physical therapy, and acupuncture (my insurance won't pay for either) and it's very expensive. After surgery I was still having the exact same pain, with a new added pain she blamed it on something else and referred me to therapy. Her nurse Tiffany is awesome and even said a prayer for me. As far as Dr. Leng I feel like she has lost intrest in my care.

She wanted my information and told me she could not make me an appointment if I did not have insurance information????? I think their receptionist may need more training.
