Wensong Li should lose his medical license. He misdiagnosed and pushed for spinal injections without even doing an exam. When I questioned the diagnosis and proposed treatment, he threatened that if I don't do the spinal injections, I will need spinal surgery for my leg pain. I knew things weren't right when he started yelling at me. What kind of medical professional yells at their patients?? I went for second opinion with another pain specialist. After a complete and thorough examination, he found out that my leg pain was a result of my hip, not my spine. After just one treatment of my hip, my leg pain completely subsided. I don't expect doctors to know everything, but I do expect them to at least do an exam. Wensong Li is rude and arrogant and refused to explain what drugs/medications were being used.

STAY AWAY!! Wensong Li is condescending and arrogant. He pushed for an epidural injection but never once did an exam to evaluate the pain, location of pain, severity of pain, range of motion, what elicits the pain, what relieves the pain, etc. He insisted on spinal injections but refused to disclose what medications he was planning on using. He is beyond RUDE and treats his patients without any respect. He has an attitude when speaking to his patients and talks down to you when you ask questions about your diagnosis and treatment plan. He is impatient and unprofessional. He does not even deserve one star.

Diagnosis without any physical exam, x-rays or MRI. I was prescribed physical therapy and some kind of shot in my back. Without examining me how could they possibly know what was wrong? I was advised by a highly respected surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery that my experience at Dr. Li's office was completely improper. Needless to say I canceled all further appointments with Dr. Li. My advice is to stay far far away from his practice. Completely negligent in their operations.

I thought he was a pain man. Dr? If you’re not Asian don’t bother. The girls up front cannot speak good English . They told me they do not accept my insurance I had to call my ins while there & ofcoarse it was on their list. I was looking for a new pain man Dr. when he saw me he said I needed an x- ray. Would not give me a script I’ve been on for 4 yrs. only had 1/2 of 1 left. Told me to go back to my old Dr. when the whole point is my previous Dr. no longer took my ins. A waste of time!

Doctor LI DOESN’T even exam my son ‘s neck pain, just said” it’s injury”. I demand a physical exam before he wants to prescribe meds he refused, said “he is my patient, you listen to me!” My son is 16. We left after a few minutes. He is very rude and displayed no respect to patient’s concern. Frankly I think he is the worst doctor I ever encountered.

The front desk staffs are terrible, uncaring and rude. They don't listen to the patients nor do they do anything the patients request. I waited there for over an hour without seeing the doctor because the front desk didn't pay any attention to what I said. I told them that I am ok to see another doctor if Dr. Li is busy, and they just ignored me! They treated all the patients who were waiting there with the same rude manner.
