Did not review my daughters chart properly prior to her procedure and almost gave her anesthesia she could not tolerate. Then gave a different type of anesthesia which led to bronchospasms/followed by wheezing and congestion, so the procedure was aborted. Yet, she was willing to discharge my daughter to home with O2 sats of 92-93% with wheezes. (Prior to procedure, her O2/SATs were 98-99% and her breath sounds were clear, with no prior respiratory symptoms!)
