He was self absorbed even conceded . Made our lives miserable. Can't believe he's still allowed to practice after all these years

We seen Dr carrion in 1993 for my daughter. I was a new teen mom that had never even heard of clubbed foot before. When I tell you this man didn't care when they cancelled my ins he still had me bring my daughter in for her apts. He said to me Ms. Aviles if I was in this for the money I would not be working here you better go on and bring that baby in here. I will never forget how nice he always treated me it didn't matter to him that I was a young mom who didn't know what I was in for. He was the kindest soul and best doctor we have ever had. My daughter is turning 31 and she would never had been able to walk if he didn't act fast and gave us so much useful information. I will always be grateful for him!!!! Dr Carrion if you see this Lizsette Aviles is a mom of a beautiful 8 year old girl!!!! God bless you!!!!

Misdiagnosed my broken leg
Im sure he helped many, but he ruined my life and left me disfigured and scarred beyond what had already happened to me in a car accident. He damaged my bones beyond what a car had already done and is responsible and (always will be) for telling my mother and I, when I was 9 years old to go buy roller-skates.. after sticking pins into my leg, treating me and months with metal rods sticking out of my leg... and I even got to “pull one out myself” on the final day… I went to my follow up treatments and he did tons of X-rays and said I was “healed” and even told my mother to go buy me rollerblades.... I wasn't healed at all, the procedure wasn't a success and my leg was still broken. I at 9 years old was walking around on a broken leg, suffering in anguish with broken jagged bones rubbing against one another for a year. I had what looked like a second knee on my shin… because.. Dr. Carrion, my doctor at the time said I was good to go roller blading.

I can't believe any of the other reviews, my daughter had several surgeries with Dr. Carrion and he saved her life and thoroughly explained every detail about all the surgeries and recovery. As a parent you need to come prepared to the doctor's appointment with your questions. You need to advocate for your child and if it means researching everything about a particular injury or surgery, then do it! THANK YOU DR. CARRION for giving my daughter a better quality of life??

All he wants is to cut you open not to heal you.

He is an awful doctor, doesn't care about his patients, he will make you wait at least an hour and will see you for no more than two minutes. He doesn't explain the patients conditions, don't give time for questions because he is rushing to see another patient of his overbooked practice. On top you will get no one but two huge bills, you have been warned, stay away of this "doctor", find a doctor that really cares more about the patient than money.

IDK why he chose pediatrics, his bedside manner is terrible. Has mood swings & is not approachable. He was treating my daughter for a foot injury, she was not healing. We went for 2nd follow up appt, he was really odd. Despite him telling her no activity he asked her what exercises she was doing to help herself?! Then asked her if she was taking her medicine. He didn’t prescribe medicine! He yelled at my 7 year old son. When I told him to not yell, he sent us certified letter to stop seeing us.
