Dr. Wesley Harden, MD

I went in and had an ultrasound on my legs and was told what needed to be done medically for me to have relief from my leg pain. My insurance has tried called to have a Peer to Peer with Dr Harden and they do not respond. When I try to call they tell me there is no direct line to Dr Harden’s office, that they can send me my medical records, but, I guess Dr Harden’s office was purchased by USA Veins and they have no way for me or my insurance office to contact their office. The crazy part is that they made it sound so urgent when I was in the office before so much so that I was willing to pay out of pocket to have the work done if the peer to peer did not convince my insurance to cover the cost of the procedure - then RADIO SILENCE - it is one the craziest experiences I have ever had with a doctor office. I would not recommend them or USA Veins just from the lack of follow through, the level of disorganization and lack of customer service skills.
