I didn't have a doctor, and found Dr. Carter and was able to be seen very quickly. He knew exactly what I had, and was very thorough in asking me questions before he made his diagnosis. He's very detailed and compassionate when talking with you. I will definitely go back.

Recently finished his internship and now is in practice in South Bend. Nice guy, obviously new, explains things well, REALLY hates overweight and smoking. Cautious on giving medications, even though I have been on them (diabetes, anxiety, etc.) for years. I'll stick with him because I know he'll be in practice for a long time - my other doctor gave up on her practice because she and her partners were sick of Obamacare and the red tape.
