Listened to and addressed all of my concerns
I decided to see Dr. Trusty after my previous PCP completely disregarded my desire to switch up my ADHD medication and told me I should just try to manage my symptoms naturally. Dr. Trusty listened to all of my concerns and questions about various medications and I felt listened to and validated, and she did not make feel like a burden when I was rambling off my questions. The receptionist was also very kind and I was brought back to my room very quick, and did not have to wait long for Dr. Trusty once the nurse left the room. Overall my experience has been the best I have had at a PCP

Dr. Trusty Is An Amazing Doctor
Dr. Johnson and Dr. Trusty are amazing. I broke my leg severely a year and a half ago. The doctor performing the surgery placed the plate over my perineal nerve. He didn't know what to do. That is where Dr. Trusty came in. She fought for additional testing and found out my nerve was entrapped under the plate. She pushed for me to see a specialist at KU. The specialist then performed the surgery to remove the plate. I had severe nerve damage and Dr. Trusty got me in touch with the right pain specialist. He performed a spinal cord stimulator surgery and for the first time in a year in a half, I am nearly pain free in my right leg. Without Dr. Trusty and Dr. Johnson, I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you!

I have tolerated that their receptionist is rude because Dr. Trusty had previously been decent. Until today ... when she couldnt be bothered to show up to work on time and did not provide any kind of communication on what was happening. I waited 30 minutes without her even showing up to work before deciding to leave. I then got an extremely rude voicemail from her bullying me about having the self respect to leave when she couldnt be bothered to get to work on time... and when I responded to her rudeness pointing out how unprofessional she was being and how her behaviour was not acceptable instead of admitting to her poor choices she chose to just block me from their charting app? Like some child unfriending me on Facebook lol. Like honestly, be a grown up and admit your mistakes. I would recommend not trusting her with your health at all.

I went to Dr Trusty for one issue and while I was there I talked to her about some of my other health concerns. She took me serious and immediately ordered the consults and labs I needed. She then called me with my results and discussed serveral options with me. I appreciated that.
