Dr. Willert Lynn III, MD

I am a new patient and all these ad reviews are not making me feel to comfortable with seeing him. I have a very rare autoimmune disease that I need a doctor to pay very close attention to. I am extremely worried due to these reviews and also the fact that I called to tell them I needed a covid test done when I come in for my appointment and they flat out told me they don't have the means to provide covid testing. What does that even mean, honestly? I am very concerned and I haven't even met the guy yet. I can say this much. If I do not get the care I need. I will report him to the medical board. This is my health, my life, and no one is going to play games with my life period.

Noticed a lot of low reviews for Dr. Lynn and I've never experienced any of the bad things listed. I've been a patient for about 10 years now and any time I've called with questions or to make an appointment, it's done quickly and courteous. He doesn't want you to wait all day to see him. He listens to your reason for the visit, asks questions about symptoms, length of issue, etc., presents his thoughts. If you're not in agreement, he'll discuss further. He understands you know your body what you think is going on. Yes, he's quick, but he does listen. He's also changed staff since I've been there and his new nurses are fantastic. They'll not only ask about you but how your family is doing, how work is going, and other general nurse questions while doing the weight, BP check, and so on. They're also great with dealing with insurance concerns or issues. I definitely recommend his practice!

If you want a Doctor and an office who truly cares about your health I suggest you stay away from this one. They DO NOT care about their patients. When you call with questions, check ins or anything they act as if your bothering them and they do not have time for you. Dr. Lynn is NOT personable with his patients visits in office and keeps his back to you during the visits. He can't get you out of his office fast enough! this office should be SHUT DOWN!

Dr. Lynn is a good doctor, but he always seems to be in a hurry. He's very knowledgeable and understanding. But when you deal with his staff, that's when you lose interest. They don't seem to have any knowledge of billing when it comes to physicals and you end up paying for them. Our company allows me 2 a year, but since they don't understand that, they don' file it right. Therefore, the second visit is considered as a diagnosis (which of course, you get billed). They are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to billing. Reason of leaving...the staff. Sorry Dr Lynn, but I'm done with them.

Dr Lynn respects and values your time and I appreciate it. He does care about his patients health and well being. What I didn't know about and obviously others don't know is after hours Dr Lynn goes over his patient's charts. I only found this out when he called about something he noticed while going over my chart after an appointment with me that day, an off hand comment that I had made but didn't really think was relevant, it turned out to be very relevant. How many doctors do that now days? So, although you think he isn't listening, he is. He just waits for uninterrupted time to process it until he is satisfied that he has covered everything in the best interest of his patients. He is always friendly, but he isn't a psychiatrist.

He is rude. Since he's not part of a big practice there is no one to complain to or report him to. If you bring a note with questions or a list of medications, he literally tosses it in the waste basket. If you have pneumonia, you have to go to a doc in the box to get a proper diagnosis. He let me run out of maintenance medication and did not care. The only two things he has going for him are he's one of the few doctors in Rincon and he's got people hooked on his weight loss program. He loves to toss pills at problems.

The front desk staff is rude! I’ll take my insurance elsewhere. Needs a whole staff overhaul!

Staff is terrible and does not give you the time off day. I do not recommend this office

I would not recommend Dr. Lynn to anyone. I went in today to get help with my 80 year old grandfather. The nurse told us my grandfather did not have to be there since he was just seen last Wednesday. For us to bring a copy of his blood sugar levels so we could discuss options. Dr. Lynn argued with us that he had not seen my grandfather last week. He is the most unprofessional physician I have ever met and did not seem to care about what was going on.

Dr Lynn is an expert! Professional, compassionate, and determined to help. I loved my experience during his care of me, and since moving to Jacksonville I've missed him greatly!!

I have been a patient of Dr Lynn's going on about 15 years or so, and in the last few years, as early as today, i have been extremely disappointed with the staff, as well as Dr. Lynn. Their lack of care for the patient make you feel like a number...get you in and get you out. From the time i entered the office until the time i left, was under 10 min, Now for some people, they would like the quick service, but for me, i want to know the dr. cares.

Always rushed. Spends very little attention to what your saying. He's a nice guy but, Maybe he's just very busy.
