I would never recommend this practice to anyone. You should look elsewhere for a doctor. I schedule a new patient appointment with the Nurse Practitioner who was the only one taking patients. The building is old and they don't do much upkeep with it. It looks and feels unclean - stains everywhere. I had to use the bathroom for a urine sample and there was visible urine all over the floor and toilet (it was obvious the floor hadn't been cleaned in ages, as well as the sink). The paperwork I had to fill out was bad quality - I could barely read the faded ink. As a new patient, they never asked for my medical records from my previous doctor. The nurse helping me was asking about my medications in a common area instead of privately in the exam room. She was making inappropriate comments about my weight & blood pressure. She wore her mask around her chin and was obsessively rubbing her eyes. She wrote down all my vitals on a blank piece of paper with a pencil. When I explained my history of

He is attentive and doesn't miss a trick!! he doesn't rush you - you know you have his complete attention

I call Kelly my "go to girl". She is as thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable as any body in her position. I cannot imagine her being rude t any one.

Dr ball has a great family practice but now that dr Youngblood is gone. I was told today that I was going to released from this practice bc I owe them money. I lost my job two years ago so I set up payment arrangements today so I can still stay a patient in the clinic. I was also told I would get one more refil on my prescription so I made a appointment when I went to get my prescription I only got half of my script I was never treated this way when Youngblood was there. kelly is rude to me.
