No Compassion
My daughter went to this clinic and was treated with biased, judgmental care. Being in the health care field myself for over 30 years, it pains me to admit that some health care professionals go into this field for the money, and some go into this field because they were inspired. My daughter takes controlled medication for seizures and anxiety. Although she explained her history since she was a new patient, Dr. Bartlow seemed dismissive and uncaring. Additionally, she was met by a case manager or social worker named Susie who falsely accused her of being in the local hospital due to withdraw from a controlled substance. Part of this was true, however, if Susie would have prudently examined my daughter's chart, she would of noticed that my daughter had ran out of her seizure medication which does in fact cause blood serum levels to drop resulting in rebound seizures. Although I am positive Susie does not possess a medical degree, she was acting as like she had one.
