Was professional, patient and took his time explaining everything!

He is patience with patients is great.

Dr. Benton is always on top of everything. He clarifies all my doubts and always asks for any other concern I could possibly have. He answers my messages on time every time I have an issue at home. I love Dr. Benton.

He explains everything so that I can understand the medical terms and answers all my questions. He even goes so far as to research my concerns and always gets back to me.

I appreciated that Dr. Benton reviewed my chart and acted like he remembered me even though I only had one prior visit nearly 2 years ago. He is genuinely curious and not dismissive about symptoms. He is knowledgeable about options and explains them thoroughly. He takes notes verbatim. I felt empowered and allowed to make good decisions regarding my health. I look forward to keeping him as my PCP.

Dr. Benton was very thorough in my first visit. He took a great deal of time to discuss my medical history and medical issues. He listened and seemed genuinely interested in my opinions and concerns. His explanations were very clear and thorough. He seems like an excellent doctor and I’m looking forward to receiving care and advice from him and the BR Clinic team in the future.

He misdiagnosed my pulled spasmodic muscle in my lower back as a pinched nerve. Nerves don’t spasm, muscles do.

William Benton is extremely dismissive and does not take his patients seriously. I rarely go to the doctor and each time I have gone to him I have left feeling like I wasn’t heard and I wasted my money. Looking at MyChart after my visits, I can see that he took things out of context, over exaggerated certain things we talked about, lied about giving me advice that he didn’t, and lied and said things that I didn’t say. I told someone about my experience and they said they have also had the same experience with him. I would not recommend this doctor.
