Excellent visit. Found Dr. Bowerfind to be professional and genuine. He listened to my concerns and provided a lot of helpful information. I didn’t feel like the appointment was rushed and he was still seated, not with his hand on the door, when he asked me if there was anything else I wanted addressed. :):)

Great Pulmonologist!
My experience was excellent. Doc BowWow listens carefully to what I have to say. He understands my concerns and adresses them. He gives detailed explanations, in laymans terms, so we can intelligently discuss any issues. He has a great 'bedside manner' and a good sense of humor as well.

Dr. Bill Bowerfind
Dr. B always has appropriate eye contact. Explains until client understands. IF he is running late he has told client personally he will be in soon. He listens closely. When client is not clear he makes sure what you are asking him. I've never felt rushed nor unimportant. I have with previous doctors. This man is the real deal! Not at all a case of too good to be true. My available vocabulary does not do this AWESOME Doctor justice. I would certainly travel far to keep this doctor as 'my' pulmonologist???!

Went above and beyond
Dr. Bowerfind really went above and beyond to try and help my brother get a proper fitting mask with his equipment provider Apria. My brother was on Medicaid and could have been easily ignored when he wasn't eligible timing wise for a different mask. Instead Dr Bowerfind personally contacted Apria himself to push for a better solution of the right equipment working versus more emergency room visits. He helped us advocate for the appropriate solution instead of going along with the procedural solution. It was impressive to witness someone of his tenure fight for what is right even if the odds were stacked the other way.

Visited for a pulmonary function test and a follow-up virtual visit to discuss results. The office is well-run and my appointment occurred on-time after arriving. Everyone I interacted with in the office was both professional and courteous. The virtual follow-up with Dr. Bowerfind was good. No technical problems, started reasonably on time, and Dr. Bowerfind himself is easy to talk with, is patient, and generates the impression he encourages your participation in understanding things and deciding on next steps. I would refer any family or friends to him and this office without hesitation.

I did not feel rushed at my visit with Dr. Bowerfind. He listened to my concerns and explained possible strategies to try to improve my situation. He used charts to explain my lung status, and explained what the charts meant too. The staff were very friendly and my wait time was minimal.

Genuinely concerned. Asks all the appropriate questions that indicate that concern. Very concise easy to understand explanations. Always seems to be on the alert for the little things that could make a big difference/have a significant impact. Takes the time to listen. As I told my wife, 'It would be fabulous if all doctors you encountered exhibited this level of interest and communication.' Good doc...good person!!!
