I chose not to have my eyes dilated last time because they do it every 6 months. He did not like that and practically yelled at me. Vert rude. Will not return.

Dr Caldwell has no respect or care for his patients. He does not even look at you when he talks to you, With that said, I would like to mention that he does not communicate to the patient things that are going on with their own eyes, Instead. he talks to his nurse about the patient in front of them and he does not answer any questions the patient may have. He could not explain the issue he saw. On top of all that, you have to wait forever for this socially inept doctor to even come in the room.
