Didn’t really feel like he cares
I’ve waited to see this Dr for months, even had my appt cancelled two days before. I went in, felt like I was able to talk to him for maybe 2 min. Feels like he is trying to pass me off to some other Dr.

Skilled surgeon
Had reverse shoulder replacement surgery one month ago and there has been some pain (as expected), but I feel that I am on track to getting my shoulder back to where I can use it again. Dr. Ciccone made it clear that doing nothing was an option, but I'm glad that I had the surgery and I should be pain-free in the near future. I would recommend Dr. Ciccone to anyone needing shoulder surgery.

Rotator Cuff Check
Dr Ciccone was right on time with my appointment. We looked at my xrays and MRI. We discussed options. He carefully explained what would make sense for me at age 80. We determined that the best approach would be physical therapy and see how I respond. I will check back with Dr Ciccone in three week. Very good service.

Cortisone shot and Physical Therapy
Scheduled the visit after seeing a pain specialist for tendinitis and getting an MRI. He explained the best course of action and explained in layman terms what I had. Definitely made me feel better about what I didn’t know.. Got a cortisone shot and scheduled more Physical Therapy. Feels great not to be in pain anymore. I’d recommend going to him.

Very disappointed
This doctor has absolutely no bedside manner. Once he decided my shoulder pain was actually neck pain, he dismissed me. He seemed to belittle me and had no empathy. He dismissed my pain and told me, “We don’t treat pain here, you need to see someone who treats pain”. I understand he is a wonderful doctor to some, but this was frustrating and made me sad that someone in this field could care less about his patients. I would never go back if I did need the treatment he offers.

Visit to Dr. Ciccone, for shoulder problem
Dr. Ciccone ,asked questions about my condition as to how it effected me as well as what pain i felt. He explained all my options. And explained the prognosis. He answered all my questions. The gave me treatment on my shoulders in the office, plus prescribed physical therapy. I was very happy with the visit. I already have recommended him to my wife. And she has made an appointment to see him end of this week.

Overall horrible experience
I was referred to this Dr after a fall and breaking my shoulder. Upon meeting this Dr he repeatedly lied to me, gaslit me and was generally condescending. I don't know why I agreed to go with him other than I was out of my mind in pain. This Dr never showed empathy or compassion and repeatedly told me I had little hope of meaningful use of the arm ever. Then in March half the PT's quit and a friend suggested I switch to a new pt. I made arrangements and made the switch the end of May. I am happy to report it is a night and day difference, I gained 15 degrees ROM in first 3 weeks, pain level dropped dramatically and I was met with compassion, empathy and encouragement. There is hope for the future if you are in the right place. Dr Ciconne and cornerstone were not the right place for me.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to
Truly the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor, he could not have shown any less interest in me. I’ve been having severe knee pain for 8 weeks, yet my entire appointment lasted 5 minutes. He did a two minute exam and then told me to come back in 8 weeks if it still hurts. That’s it. This man should not be a doctor.
