Never go. They are closing.
Terrible practice. Waited over an hour for the doctor. Exceptionally disappointed. Took months to actually get an appointment, and then I sit in an empty exam room for most of the morning. Worst part was I found out they are closing the practice so all of their patients are going elsewhere to receive their substandard care. Unless people want to pay the doctor $3,000 a year to be kept waiting for over an hour by a doctor.

Very unhappy patient – Feb 04, 2025

Terrible. Worst practice ever.
After waiting over 6 months for an appointment with Dr. Condrell, I ended up sitting in the exam room for over sixty minutes listening to the doctor treating other patients through the walls. Multiple patients who walked in after I did. If this is what has happened to medicine in this country, it is a true disgrace.

My health insurance changed, and I needed to find a new primary care physician. Thank goodness, I found Dr. William Condrell and Spring Valley Internal Medicine. In my few visits, everyone was very welcoming, provided outstanding care, and attentive to my needs. I saw firsthand why this practice—including Dr. Condrell, the Nurse Practitioners, nurses, front desk staff, and the business office—received 5/5 stars from “US News & World Report”.

My primary for over 15 years and going strong!
- listens, is straight, and admits when issues are out of his expertise and refers promptly to address such matters- has a strong team that cares and is supportive of patient’s wellness plan, history, goals/objectives and unforeseen incidents requiring special or urgent attention- understanding of. patients living or posted or temporarily abroad- leverages Privia patient portal which is best I’ve used vs others in the industry

Go some place else. This office is unworkable. All the negatives of a solo practitioner and none of the positives.

My husband and I both go to Dr Condrell. He is informed, patient, provides clarity and his explanations are easily understood. I would highly recommend Dr Condrell to my family and friends.

I am trying to figure out how Dr. Condrell could have such high ratings. He is an incompetent doctor. He gave me a EKG in August and told me I had a silent heart attack, I was aggravated for 3 days until I could get a hold of a heart doctor who said there was nothing is wrong with my heart. Then I couldn't sleep and I had to have medication, he jerked me around for a whole four weeks and I am still not sleeping. He was was to prescribe a new sleeping pill today and I had to call his office four times. Then Evelyn told me he wrote a note saying he didn't want to load me up with anymore pills, what about sleeping Dr. Condrell?

Dr. Condrell is personal, very professional, provides opportunity for dialog exchange with patient. Offers very good advice and listens. The office environment is nice, waiting area pleasant, and is staffed with polite professionals, including 2 Nurse practitioners-both very knowledgeable and polite.
